Hentai banned in the Philippines

Filipinos have gone to ban hentai due to the amount of lolitas depicted in pornography despite the fact it is only but a genre within the varied types of hentai. For example, tentacle, normal, romance, comedy, action, loli, yaoi, yuri and the list can go on as far as we want.

The penalty for the mere possession, not for watching it, would consist of a fine around 500,000 pesos, which is the equivalent of 12,707.81 CAD. On top of that, it would also lead the criminal sentenced to imprisonment of 6 to 12 years.

For those who would be employing, hiring, coercing or anything that has to do with the production of hentai or child pornography would be fined 2 million pesos, which would be the equivalent of 50,831.24$ CAD, and sentenced from 12 to 20 years of jail imprisonment.

Those who download, mass produce, advertise, purchase or any other form that were to coincide with such actions would be penalized.

Any representation of a child below 18, even if it is an animated woman with a nice rack and the body of a very very developped woman, it would still be considered as child pornography. Apparently, this bill coincides well with another bill that doesn’t provide enough protection towards sexual exploitations like child pornography but enough towards child prostitution.

Taking into the account that there are many fools in my homeland that actually crucify themselves during good friday, it is obvious that christianity has ruled over the corrupt politics of the Philippines with an iron fist. The strength of the catholic church possesses over the citizenship of my people is still running very strong, perhaps as strong the times while Duplessis was serving as Prime Minister of Quebec.

It is quite a shame that they have banned hentai for such a reason as so. I could understand, since I’m not pro-lolicon. Yes, many people may bash me and throw rotting tomatoes, but everyone has their own tastes. I do admit that I would find it acceptable to see a female at the age of 15, as long as she is very well endowed, getting pumped.

Although, Hentai should not be banned for only one category. Hell, it’s sometimes more appealing than normal porn. The Philippines is not the only country to have started banning loli-porn anyways.
